The directors and key staff members are committed Christians. As a Christian organisation our main priority is to give customers a first class, quality experience that is underpinned by sensitivity, integrity and care. Clients will be given information, guidance and support as necessary to enable them to achieve their stated goals. Cornerstone employs only the most experienced, highly qualified consultants for its work in helping the education sector to raise the quality of adult education in Europe.

All consultants are nationally recognised by an array of Awarding Bodies and are very experienced consultants with enhanced DBS clearance. All training and consultancy is quality assured by the directors, Alan and Christine, so your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Cornerstone
provides a quality training and consultancy service. The directors of Cornerstone quality assure every project that we undertake. It specialises in providing training and consultancy support in a wide range of disciplines. Accredited training includes subjects such as training trainers, first aid, health and safety, security, food
hygiene, presentation skills, stress management, interviewing skills, personal safety and much more.

Bespoke training covers a broad range of management techniques and personal development courses but specialises in training related to raising the quality of teaching and learning encompassing the principles of the Common Inspection Framework (CIF), the model used by Ofsted to assess the quality of all organisations involved in adult education.

Cornerstone also provides consultancy support to organisations by offering a comprehensive assessment of the training needs of every organisation to enable the organisation to improve the quality of its provision to its users. Consultancy support involves the following four key stages; Consultancy, Education, Training and Support. In reality you consult with us, we educate you to bring you up to speed with internationally recognised best practice, we then assist you to train up all key staff and managers and then we support you whilst you wait for the result of the consultancy to impact on your provision. Typical activities include improving your Self Assessment Process, production of your Self Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), Improving Key Learning Processes, Observation of Teaching & Learning, Employer Engagement and many other activities that will significantly improve your provision.
